Employer Partners

Employers are an essential partner in helping end homelessness.

TOGETHER, WE ARE WORKING TO CONNECT 16,000 INDIVIDUALS TO REAL JOBS.

HHLA acts as a connector: we work directly with Employer Partners to understand their unique resourcing needs and build organizational capacity, while also directly connecting them to our network of organizations working with individuals with lived homelessness experience. These Community Partners provide the training and support needed to equip individuals for their careers ahead, and help ensure that jobs are a good fit.
